Shipping
We currently offer the following delivery options within the UK:
- Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days): £4.99
- FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £100.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation so you can track the progress of your delivery where applicable.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Returns

Once the customers inquiry has been reviewed we will be in contact with an address/postcode for returns.

Refunds
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow approximately 4–7 working days for your refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
Sale Items
All sale items are non-refundable.
If eligible, sale items may only be returned within the returns period in exchange for a credit note. No refunds will be issued on discounted or sale purchases.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.
J Verité does not cover or reimburse return postage costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
